Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because every item is individually processed and embroidered, please review our timeline below to know when to expect your order.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders throughout Georgia.

1. Production Time Since our products are made to order, we require 1–2 business days to embroider, inspect, and package your item with care before it is handed over to the courier.

2. Delivery Estimates Once your order leaves our studio, the following delivery times apply:

• Tbilisi: 1–2 business days.
• Regional Georgia: 2–3 business days (depending on location).

Important Note on Business Days: Please remember that Sundays and official Georgian holidays are considered non-working days. These days are not included in the production or delivery calculations.
