Refund & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Tbiloom! We take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Because all physical goods on Tbiloom.ge are made-to-order and customized with machine embroidery specifically for you, we operate under a strict No Returns, No Exchanges policy, with the exception of defective items.

Please review the policy details below before placing your order.


1. Custom Production Policy

  • Made-to-Order: Every item is individually manufactured based on your specifications. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Final Sale: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect selections made by the customer.

 

2. Conditions for Returns (Defects Only)

We only accept returns or offer refunds in the unlikely event that the item is damaged, defective, or if we made an error (e.g., wrong design sent).

  • Reporting a Problem: If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please email us at tbiloom@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
  • Resolution: Once our team reviews and validates the defect, we will offer either a replacement of the item or a full refund.
    • Note: For confirmed factory defects, Tbiloom will cover the return shipping costs in Tbilisi.

 

3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Size Discrepancy: A detailed size chart is provided in the description of every product. Please measure carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to an incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the item after the order has been placed or delivered, it is not eligible for return or refund.

 

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved due to a defect:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
